It doesn’t always use the title that we specified. Various reasons, for example it might determine that other wording would better suit what the person was searching for; or it might decide that your titles are not sufficient. By the way, there is nothing we can do to prevent this but it is still worth spending time improving your titles and descriptions, because Google often uses them as you intended.
